Die Strategie der Einschüchterung
“Erste Bekanntmachung: Wir wissen wo du wohnst”
Diese Botschaft wurde in den letzten Wochen an mehrere Häuser von Mitgliedern der Studentenschaft der UIS (Universidad Industrial de Santander) und der Gewerkschaft der Universität SINTRAUNICOL in Bucaramanga aufgesprayt. Vorangegangen wurde diese Botschaft durch einen Drohbrief, der per e-mail an die betreffenden Institutionen versandt wurde. Als Absender wird der BLOQUE METROPOLITANA DE BUCARAMANGA NUEVA GENERACION AGUILAS NEGRAS genannt. In dem Mail werden verschiedene Studentenorganisationen und die Mitglieder der Gewerkschaft als “militaerische Ziele” erklaert. Weiter wird ausgefuehrt, dass die Initianten (die laut eigenen Aussagen selbst der Studentenschaft der UIS angehoeren) Anhaenger der sogenannten “Politik der demokratischen Sicherheit” des Praesidenten Alvaro Uribe sind und bis zum Ende an dieser Ideologie festhalten wollen. Um diesen “Endsieg” zu erringen muss auch die Universitaet - als einer der letzten Horte der Guerilleros - gesaeubert werden. Die Studentenbewegung sei nichts anderes als ein Pack von verkleideter Terroristen die der FARC dienen. Die Initianten - so die Botschaft - erklaeren den genannten Organisationen und Personen den “frontalen Krieg mit Blut und Feuer”. Das Mail endet mit dem Satz: “Wir werden euch toeten, Hurensoehne!”
Leider sind Drohungen dieser Art in Kolumbien an der Tagesordnung. Da an der Universitaet auch Studenten sind, die der Politik des Praesidenten bzw. paramilitaerischen Organisationen nahestehen, muessen solche Drohungen Ernst genommen werden - mit einer vernichtenden Wirkung: Jegliche (konstruktive) Kritik wird gewaltsam unterbunden und ein Klima der Angst breitet sich aus. Personen die in den Hassmails persoenlich genannt werden halten sich in Zukunft von oeffentlichen Stellungsnahmen zurueck, wechseln die Stelle, den Wohnort, das Land - oder sie riskieren weitere Morddrohungen, die absolute Unfaehigkeit sich in sozialen Belangen oeffentlich einzusetzen, den Verlust der Privatsphaere, Verfolgungswahn…im Extremfall ihr eigenes Leben bzw. das ihrer Familienangehoerigen. Deshalb ist die Organisation in Studentenorganisationen, Gewerkschaften oder anderen Interessensgruppen in Kolumbien lebensgefaehrlich!
Die Morddrohung (die hier nachgelesen werden kann) ist nur ein Beispiel unter vielen. Da aber einige unserer engsten Freunde in Bucaramanga von dieser Drohung direkt betroffen sind, soll dieses Beispiel hier aufgefuehrt werden.
